Backtracking for Fun Tidbits :)

Okay...so...backtracking to St. Andrews. On our drive out of Edinburgh on our way to St. Andrews we came upon a little town that made my mom giggle so much she nearly peed her pants! Luckily our route required that as we were leaving we pass through it again...otherwise I'm sure she would have made us go out of our way just so she could get the following photo to show people back home that Auchtermuchty is in fact...in Scotland!

Mom wasn't the only one who made us stop to take pictures of signs though. On our way out of Edinburgh we drove around aimlessly for awhile just to find an Elderly People sign (below) for Patrick to take a picture of. Lol...the states just don't have fun road signs like Britain!



My sign more selfish...we found the HeatherGems headquarters in an adorable little town called Pitlochry. HeatherGems are jewelry made out of Heather plants that are dried, died and compressed into a cork type material and then laquered. Very pretty...very...me :)
